How do I declare a purchase?

It is possible to declare purchases made in mainland France, Corsica or Monaco, from a Clarins approved partner (in perfumeries, pharmacies, etc.) and on Clarins approved partner e-commerce sites.

1.Connection to your space: Go to your personal space, with your proof of purchase, then in the "My purchases" section, then "Register a receipt" and let yourself be guided.

2.The format of the proof of purchase: Only an original proof of purchase can be registered (no duplicates accepted). The format must be "classic" for a receipt or in "A4" format for an e-commerce invoice.

3.Recording proof of purchase: Scan or take photo of your proof of purchase and upload it. You can enter the EAN number of my product barcode or the name of each Clarins product on the proof of purchase to make it easier to take it into account.

Note: the invoice must be flat on a black background. The information is clearly legible without adding a handwritten mention. The invoice is complete in one photo.

4.Validation of registration: Your registration is being validated and you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours informing you of the processing of your proof of purchase.
